Product features, main applications and scope of application:This product is mainly applicable to the vertical wells of coal mines, metal mines and non-metal mines for lifting minerals, distributing materials, lifting personnel and equipment. Since the auxiliary electrical equipment of this product is non-explosion-proof, it cannot be used in places with flammable and explosive media such as gas, coal dust, etc.
The product implements the enterprise standard of Q/HNQM006-2014 "multi-rope friction elevator", AQ1036-2007 "safety inspection specification of multi-rope friction elevator for coal mine" and GB/T10599-2010 "multi-rope friction elevator".
Working principle:
When starting the main motor, the rotor of the motor transmits the power to the high-speed axis of the reducer through the elastic coupling, and then transmits the power to the principal axis device through the driving and slowing down of the reducer through the gear coupling, the multi-rope friction elevator adopts the friction transmission principle of flexible body. The steel wire rope is mounted on the friction wheel, and the friction between the steel wire rope and the friction liner is used to lift and place heavy objects or personnel.
